What a pleasure to see this book in print. I have watched it come to life from page one to the finish with the delightful story and the creative illustrations.
I love the way the words feel when you read it out loud. I believe that rhyming words are soothing to children and the special message will be handed to them very gently.

Your kids will be desperate to take their bath after reading this book! A humorous rhyme helps parents beautifully illustrate to their children the importance of daily hygiene through the powerful educating tool of fun.

As a child, one of my favorite books was Harry the Dirty Dog. Now, Linda Carney's I've Been Dirty and I've Been Clean and Clean is Better (You Know What I Mean?) can take its proud place beside Harry on my daughter's bookshelf.
